  • Unable to create USB COM Port to communicate with PHPoC Blue Boards

I'm using Windows 10 Pro - Latest Patches. (also tried Windows 7 desktop and Windows 10 Virtual machines)

Under any circumstances I can't get the USB Serial Converter Driver to install/appear, whether I use 3rd party or original Windows 10 drivers.
I've seen a couple of indications that MS have removed support for this feature (One solution was to uninstall a particular update - unfortunately I don't have this on my system, so couldn't try).
As a result, the PHPoc Debugger program only show Network and never a COM Port.

Does anyone have any information on this issue?
Is there an interface I can purchase to allow me to connect to the PHPoc Boards so I can set them up?
Until I can solve this issue, the cards are useless to me.

    Thanks

Please try to update the driver by using the driver file located at this location: C:\Program Files (x86)\SollaeSystems\PHPoC\virtual comport driver\Win8

Problem Solved. After tearing my hair out for two days, it turns out it was the USB Cable. The cable that works fine with other devices, but was the only common denominator.
      Works perfectly with another cable.
